If the board of directors has received a 45-day right of first refusal, contact FCSG immediately.  Each day that passes leaves less time to conduct the purchase process.

 

The 45-day right of first refusal is granted under Chapter 723, Florida Statutes, and gives homeowners the opportunity to purchase the community by executing a contract within 45 days from the date of the mailing of the notice.
