There are no charges for any services unless a purchase is completed. If a purchase is completed, the fees for FCSG are factored into the share price so there are no additional costs to the homeowners association.

 

The fees for our services are competitive and are among the lowest in the industry.  We do not hard sell.  We are in the business to successfully assist residents in purchasing their communities.  We have worked with some homeowners associations for many years and until they actually purchase their community, there are no fees.
