Resident Owned Community Book: A Must Have For Boards

The statewide organization known as Florida Resident Owned Communities, Inc. or "Flaroc" asked Attorney Pete Dunbar to update and print another version of the very popular Resident Owned Community Guide For Florida Cooperatives.

The book had been out of print for several years, but due to the demand from cooperative board members, Dunbar agreed to update what has become the must have book for any person currently serving or thinking about serving on a cooperative board.

The book, co-authored by Attorney Ashley Gault, covers all aspects of Florida Statute 719, the Cooperative Act, including duties of officers and committees, enforcing community documents, and dispute resolution.
